We understand that shopping can be overwhelming when you're Autistic, Deaf or have sensory impairments. Our staff are very experienced and educated in these areas and will endeavour to provide you with a calming environment. We aim to make your experience less busy, noisy and bright by adapting our shop to your needs. Please let us know any sensory difficulties when you book so we can prepare for you ahead of your visit. If you communicate using BSL please let us know and such appointments are available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.
